St. Pete, FL – Banyan Pediatric Care Centers, a Florida based healthcare management and solutions company, has acquired The Kidz Club St. Pete, the leading Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) facility in the Tampa Bay area. PPECs are nurse-staffed pediatric day care centers for medically complex and fragile children ages birth to 21, also offering in-house therapy services. Banyan’s focus moving forward will be to continue to provide the very best care and support for the children and families they serve, further develop relationships with community partners and pediatric healthcare resources in the area, and utilize the St. Pete center as the foundation for growth and expansion in the area, with plans to open centers in Sarasota and Pasco counties by the end of 2020.
